I haven't been a patient long but so far my appointments have been on time and everyone has been very lovely. There was a slight confusion when I booked in to register and saw a healthcare assistant who panicked when I told her I was pregnant and said I should have asked to see a midwife first but I made reception aware I'm pregnant when I booked but it was fine.

I've never had a problem. Every body is polite. i.e (reception staff, nurse, doctors).
